Can I come to a KAP class even if I don't meditate, practice yoga or have any previous experience with energy practices?
Definitely yes. No prior preparation is necessary for a KAP class, just follow the recommended diet on the day of the class. Just come, relax and let the energy work for you. All you have to do is surrender to the process and allow yourself to relax.
I don't believe the energy worked for me. I've tried everything and nothing has worked for me. Can KAP still help me?
KAP is an effective and functional method that works for anyone who is ready to surrender to the energy. Each of us has Kundalini energy - divine power - inside us. Once I open the energy field for you, you automatically begin to connect with your original source - your own energy.
What is the difference between live and online KAP transmission?
The difference is minimal. In an online class you are in the comfort of your own home and only hear the music during the activation, with no other participants present. On the other hand, in a live lesson you are part of a group (or have the option of an individual session). Some people feel the energy more subtly online, others as strongly or even more intensely than in a face-to-face session. If you are a beginner and choose an online lesson, it may take several repetitions before the energy is fully activated. It all depends on your willingness to "let it go".
For whom is the KAP method not suitable?
KAP is not recommended for people who suffer from epilepsy or have had seizures in the past, nor for those who are prone to mania, delusions or psychosis. If you suffer from severe depression, are suicidal or are currently being treated in a psychiatric clinic, KAP may be too intense for you as it increases your ability to feel and deepens your emotional experience. If you have difficulty managing these feelings on your own, it is recommended that you do not attend classes.
Is KAP a safe method?
Yes, KAP is a safe method. It allows you to connect with your inner self through the activation of Kundalini energy in your body.
I am pregnant, can I take a KAP class?
Yes, up to the 7th month of pregnancy you can. If your normal daily activities allow you to move freely, you can take the class. However, be sure to inform your instructor of your pregnancy. If you have a high-risk pregnancy, we recommend consulting your doctor before participating.
I am going through a difficult time, feeling depressed and anxious. Can I still sign up for a class?
As long as your depression or anxiety is not chronic and does not require medical attention, you may attend the class. Many clients have reported that KAP has helped them relieve their anxiety, depression and restored their joy in life. However, please note that if you are taking antidepressants, your energy sensitivity may be affected.
What happens after the lesson?
After a KAP class, you may experience various manifestations of awakening Kundalini energy, ranging from immediate to later changes. KAP promotes higher states of consciousness, spiritual growth and the removal of energetic blocks, connecting you to your higher self. However, each process is individual. Can KAP physically heal my body?
KAP is not a substitute for medical or psychological care, diagnosis or treatment. It focuses primarily on spiritual growth, returning to life force and deepening consciousness. However, many participants report physical improvement after just one or a few sessions. Most physical ailments are psychosomatic in origin - when you release your emotions in the classes, your body can begin the healing process.
I would like to attend a KAP class, but I don't speak Czech. Can I still sign up?
Yes, I am fluent in English, Russian and Ukrainian. I will be happy to explain and translate everything so that you feel welcome and at ease at the lesson.
Do you also offer private lessons?
Yes, I offer private lessons for individuals or groups of up to three people. I recommend private lessons especially for couples, singles who want maximum privacy and VIP access, or those who want to try KAP for the first time. These lessons tend to be the most powerful energetic experience.
I want to try KAP, but I am afraid. Is it normal?
Definitely yes. It's only natural to be afraid of the first lesson. You may feel nervous, anxious or slightly afraid. But remember that it is often fear that hinders our growth. The opposite of fear is freedom and life - and that's what awaits you when you choose to move beyond your fears.
